CAE Copilot is an unofficial, non-commercial educational portfolio demonstration. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ANSYS, Inc. or any other CAE vendor.

Trademarks

"ANSYS", "ANSYS Rocky", and related marks are trademarks of ANSYS, Inc. All rights to original documentation belong to their respective owners.

Documentation use

ANSYS Rocky manuals indexed by this project are used locally for demonstration only under fair-use principles (short excerpts, transformative summaries, attribution). They are:

  • not redistributed in this Git repository,
  • not baked into public Docker images,
  • not published on GitLab Pages or other public hosting.

Production and local deployments load documentation from a private volume (e.g. Nextcloud-synced path on the operator's machine or server).

Chunks are limited to short searchable excerpts (typically ≤ 400 characters). Answers are synthesized summaries — not a replacement for official documentation.

Product integration

This demo does not connect to ANSYS Rocky at runtime. It does not execute simulations, automate the Rocky GUI, or call vendor APIs. Answers are generated from retrieved documentation chunks with numbered citations.

Script suggestions are drafts for manual copy into the Rocky Script Editor.

No warranty

Outputs are for educational and portfolio purposes only. Do not use this system for safety-critical or production engineering decisions without independent verification against official vendor documentation and qualified engineering judgment.

Content removal

If you are a rights holder and believe material indexed by this demo infringes your rights, contact damiyan.ivanov@gmail.com (configurable via CAEC_RIGHTS_CONTACT). I will review and remove specific content or disable the demo within 48 hours of a valid request.

Kill switch

Set CAEC_DEMO_ENABLED=false on the API to disable public /ask immediately.
